Requirements
- Prior experience working as a consultant
- Strong connections in the country of residence and around the world
- Strong ability to assess business challenges, identify opportunities and provide strategic solutions

- Ambitious but focused on sustainability throughout all projects

Outcome
(Core Advisory /Project-based) Tunnelisers
Core Advisory Tunnelisers are those who will be working with Tunnelise on more than one project while Project-based Tunnelisers work on a project basis, depending on their specialties.
The other difference is the compensation structure such that the former will get what's disclosed in the Consultant Agreement down below while the latter will receive a payment based on the project worked on.
