Introduction and Opportunity Overview
The Sales Delegates are individuals responsible for promoting and selling products and services of Tunnelise's clients. The Sales Delegates work on a commission basis (denoted below as Layer 1 Commission %) and reward amounts that are specific for a range of deals closed per month. In addition, the Sales Delegates can leverage their professional networks by bringing others to work in a similar capacity, earning an additional commission tier (referred to as Layer 2 Commission %) in the table below.

Layer 2 commission % is earned when you bring other Sales Delegates and they make sales (you'll earn commissions from every sale)

Layer 1 commission % is for any customers you will bring. Layer 2 commission % is for any customers that your customers bring.
Terms and Conditions
- Parties: This agreement is entered into by Tunnelise Sdn. Bhd., referred to as “The Company” and you as “The Sales Delegate”. Your submission to the following form is considered an agreement between you and the Company
- Confidentiality: The Sales Delegate agrees not to disclose proprietary or confidential information obtained during the course of working with the Company.
- Non-Compete: The Sales Delegate shall not engage in activities that directly or indirectly compete with the company during the term of this agreement and for a period of five years following the termination of this agreement, regardless of the reason for termination, including but not limited to expiration, mutual agreement to end the contract, unilateral termination by either party, breach of contract, or any other circumstance that ends this agreement’s validity.
- Payment Schedule: Commissions will be disbursed immediately after the sale is closed and transacted money has arrived in Tunnelise's clients' business account (e-wallet). Commissions are earned only on finalized and paid transactions. Refunds or cancellations negate commission eligibility.
- All delegates who will be working for tunnelise on any client's projects should have the experience of PreSales Engineer or at least have the certificate from AZ-Academy.
- Termination: Immediate termination applies in cases of misconduct or breach of terms.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved under the laws of Malaysia, with arbitration as the primary resolution method.
