وردەکاری پرۆگرامەکە

١)  هەر هەفتەیەک بەشداربووان بەشداری دوو دانیشتن دەکەن کە هەر دانیشتنێک دوو کاتژمێر و نیو دەخایەنێت و لە ماوەی دوو ڕۆژدا. لەم دانیشتنانەدا، بنەماکانی بازرگانی و ڕێنمایی سەبارەت بە چۆنیەتی بەڕێوەبردنی کارێک بە شێوەیەکی کاریگەر و ئەخلاقی باس دەکرێت.

٢) بەشداربووان دەرفەتی ئەوەیان دەبێت کە بەشداری گفتوگۆی مانادار بکەن، لە ڕێگەی فێربوونی کردارییەوە تێڕوانینێکی پراکتیکی بەدەستبهێنن و دەستبەجێ زانیارییەکانیان لە کارەکانیاندا بەکاربهێنن

٣)  ئەم پرۆگرامە بە سێ گروپی یەک لە دوای یەک بەڕێوە دەچێت. لە هەرگروپێک ، ئەو ٣٠ بزنسەی کە قەناعەتمان پێدەکەن بە سەرکەوتویی و ڕەواجیان لە بازاڕدا، بۆ هەمیشە ماڵپەڕ و ئەپڵیکەیشن بە خۆڕایی بەدەست دەهێنن. کاتێک داهاتەکانیان دەگاتە بڕە پارەیەکی دیاریکراو، ئێمە ٥٪ وەکو کرێی ڕۆیاڵتی لە داهاتەکانیان وەردەگرین کرێی ڕۆیاڵتی بریتییە لە جۆرێکی پارەدان کە دەدرێت بە خاوەنی کەلوپەلێک، براندێک، یان موڵکێکی فیکری لە بەرامبەر بەکارهێنانیدا، بە شێوەیەکی گشتی وەک ڕێژەی سەدی داهات یان بڕە پارەیەکی دیاریکراو. لە گرێبەستی فرانچایز، مۆڵەتدان و بڵاوکردنەوەدا باوە کە قەرەبووی خاوەن مافەکان بکرێتەوە لە بەرامبەر پیدانی یارمەتییە بەردەوامەکان.  تێبینی: دابینکردنی تێچوی وێب هۆستکردن لەلایەن خاوەن بزنسەکانەوە دەبێت

٤) بۆ ئەو بەشداربووانەی کە لە ٩٠ باشترینەکان نابن، هەر ماڵپەڕ و ئەپڵیکەیشنی بێبەرامبەر بۆ شەش مانگی یەکەمی بزنسەکانیان وەردەگرن، دوای ئەوە بڕە پارەیەکی دیاریکراویان لێ وەردەگیرێت بۆ هەر تەکنەلۆجیا و خزمەتگوزارییەکی بەکارهێنراو.
جگە لەوەش، ئێمە ٥٪ وەکو کرێی ڕۆیاڵیتی لە داهاتەکانیان وەردەگرین ئەگەر وە تەنها ئەگەر داهاتەکەیان گەیشتە بڕە پارەیەکی دیاریکراو؛ لە خوار ئەو بڕە پارەیەوە، ٥٪ وەرناگیرێت.

٥) ئەو بەشداربووانەی کە بە سەرکەوتوویی پرۆگرامەکە تەواو دەکەن، بڕوانامەی پشتڕاستکراوە وەردەگرن، کە دان بە پابەندبوونی تەواوکردنی پرۆگرامەکە و لێهاتووییە بازرگانییە تازە بەدەست هێنراوەکانیاندا دەنێت

هەرئێستا داواکاری پێشکەش بکە و فۆرمەکەی خوارەوە پڕبکەرەوە بۆ ئەوەی ڕێنیشاندان و یارمەتی تەواوەتی لە کۆمەڵگایەکی گەشەسەندووی بوارەجیاجیاکان بەدەست بهێنیت.

This program is for those who own a business, but for any reason have not yet digitize it which has impeded their chance of obtaining opportunities.

We help you transform your business from the simplest form into a structured, revenue-generating entity by providing the right tools, strategies, and connections through this incubation program that is designed specifically to your needs.

Deadline: April9th, 2025

Program Start Date: April15th, 2025

Seat Limit: 50

location: 100% Online

Program Duration: 3 months, five hours weekly, 2days in a week

Eligibility: The Kurdistan Region (central and south of Iraq will run afterwards)

Conditions:

  1. Must have a running business/initiative
  2. Age of 25 and above
  3. Commits to the duration of the program

    4. Note: Groups are preferred than individuals, because tasks can be easily distributed amongst the team

Program Details

  1. Each week, participants will engage in two sessions, each lasting two and a half hours, over two days. These sessions will cover the fundamentals of business and provide guidance on how to operate a business effectively and ethically.
  2. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions, gain practical insights through hands-on learning, and immediately apply their knowledge to their ventures.
  3. This program will run in three consecutive groups. From each of the three cohorts, the top 30 startups who will convince us with their businesses will get websites and applications for free forever. Once their revenue reaches a specific amount, we will reserve 5% as royalty fees from their revenues.
    Note: web-hosting will be covered by startup owners.
  4. For the rest of the participants who will not be among the top 100, they will still receive free website and applications for the first six months of operations, after which they will be charged specific amounts per their used technologies and services.
    In addition, we will reserve 5% as royalty fees from their revenues if and only if their revenue reached a specific amount; below which amount, the 5% will not be charged.
  5. Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a Verified Certificate of Completion, recognizing their dedication and newly acquired business skills.
